By placing an order on our platform, you accept the present conditions without reservation.

Subscription plan
Any subscription made on the e-stock web/mobile application implies acceptance of these GTC. The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when ordering. KY SOLUTIONS DIGITAL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or for any other legitimate reason.
Price
Subscription prices are quoted in euros (€), all taxes included. KY SOLUTIONS DIGITAL reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated at the time of the order.
Payment
Payment for subscriptions is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the e-stock web/mobile application. The order will not be considered effective until full payment has been received.
Warranty and liability
KY SOLUTIONS DIGITAL undertakes to provide the services in accordance with the description given on the e-stock web/mobile application. In the event of non-conformity or defect, the customer may request a refund of their plan.
Intellectual property
All elements of the e-stock web/mobile application, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of KY SOLUTIONS DIGITAL or its partners. Any partial or total reproduction or use of these contents without prior authorization is strictly forbidden.
Personal data
The information collected at the time of the order is necessary for the processing of the order and may be communicated to KY SOLUTIONS DIGITAL's contractual partners involved in the execution of this order. The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her, in accordance with current legislation.
Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts.
Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions
KY SOLUTIONS DIGITAL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order by the customer.
